  My topic is "The difference between good and bad e-mails". 

INTRODUCTION 

In this blog  I am going to discuss about the difference between good and bad e-mails, how to write a good emails, what steps we should follow and which things should be avoided while writing a email. Email is one of the most widely used form of communication.  A good email subject has detailed information of the discussed material and bad email have incomplete information .A good email should only focus on one topic. Focus on multiple topic can confuse the reader. Body of the email should be simple and easy to read. Use of wrong grammer and spelling is sign of bad email.A proper email format and language should be used.
